Contactless billing is provided through Stripe invoicing.
We are typically unable to fulfill same day requests due to strict scheduling.
Cancellations and rescheduling are allowed on a limited basis, and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Until a flat rate has been established, billing is by the hour, per cleaner.
2 cleaners for 2 hours = 4 billing hours or a 4hr quote
If you are quoted for 6 hours, with 1 cleaner, we reserve the right to bring 2 cleaners and finish in 3 hours.

DEEP CLEANING: A deep cleaning typically takes twice as long as a standard cleaning and includes everything in the Standard Clean plus the following: Dusting Vents (Hi&Low) High Dusting Corners & Walls Feather dusting blinds Feather dusting wall art / pictures Bathroom tub and tile scrubbed Shower Grout Scrub Kitchen back splash degreased Stove top hood degreased Fronts of cabinets deep clean Shower Glass Scum removal Pick up rugs to clean under them ** The following items need to be listed as an add on when booking since they require a lot of detail work and additional time: - Inside Cabinetry - Inside Refrigerator - Inside Oven - Baseboards ( Indicate if you want exposed baseboard cleaning, or whole baseboard cleaning with furniture being moved. ) - Move Furniture to clean under it ** ** Furniture must be easily moved or slid. We are not liable for any damages that may occur if you choose to have us move heavy items for you. - Interior windows This will be assessed onsite. We do not come with ladders and we reserve the right to decline the request for windows for any reason. We are happy to refer you to a window cleaning company for exterior window cleaning services. |

* Appliances must already be moved by client
